We take extra precautions when packaging and shipping our PCs, but if anything happens, reach out to us immediately at our email, and we’ll work to fix the issue as best as we can.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because every build is custom-made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is the priority—if you run into any issues with your system, I provide full technical support to make sure everything is running exactly as it should.
